The Qualified Rehabilitation Consultants (QRC) at Hokeness Rehabilitation Consulting, LLC have exceptional professional qualifications, experience, and training. The founder, Bill Hokeness, has provided rehabilitation services since 1972. He has been a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) since 1977 and a QRC since 1979. He is also a Certified Case Manager (CCM). Jeff Hokeness, QRC, has provided rehabilitation services since 1992. He has been a CRC since 1994 and is also a CCM. Both Bill and Jeff earned Masters Degrees in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Minnesota State University-Mankato in Mankato, Minnesota.

Hokeness Rehabilitation Consulting, LLC employs a staff of job development and placement personnel. Our present job development staff has many years of combined experience in locating job leads and assisting people with employment handicaps to return to work.
